Yes. Our engineers are aligned to U.S. working hours and can match your team’s schedule, including full overlap with your business day. This ensures real-time communication, faster turnaround, and seamless collaboration with your internal team, consultants, and clients.
How fast can I start?
You can typically start within 3–5 business days. We prioritize speed without compromising quality, so you can scale your team when you actually need it.
What if the engineer doesn’t work out?
If an engineer is not the right fit, we provide an immediate replacement.
Our priority is continuity and performance, so transitions are handled quickly and with minimal disruption to your ongoing work.
What tools do they use?
Our engineers work with the same tools you already use, including AutoCAD, Revit, Procore, Primavera, and other industry standard platforms. There is no forced software change, we adapt fully to your existing systems and workflows.
How do I manage them?
You manage them just like your own team. They report to you, follow your standards, and integrate into your existing processes. If needed, we can also provide coordination support to ensure smooth communication and task tracking.
Do I have to train them?
We handle onboarding and basic training before the engineer joins your team. This includes familiarization with typical project workflows, documentation standards, and communication expectations, allowing them to contribute effectively from day one
Do I have to commit long-term?
No, This agreement is month-to-month and does not require a long-term commitment. you may terminate the agreement with thirty (30) days’ prior written notice.
